    Rooted in the 13 Brown Belt principles, this training invites you to perceive everything as energy, discover “The Zone” (a deep flow state), and learn how this awareness can positively transform every aspect of your life—body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

    At Brown Belt, logic and mystery intersect. You’ll explore how sensation, intuition, awareness, and thought come together in conscious perception, shifting your relationship not just to movement, but to everyday experience. As your senses open and curiosity deepens, your Nia practice becomes even more alive, illuminating a path toward energetic presence and expansive awareness.

    Under the expert guidance of international Nia Faculty Trainer Britta von Tagen, this training offers experiential learning in a supportive, transformative setting that nurtures both personal growth and somatic depth.

  • In‑Person Experience

    • 6 full days of live, immersive training — including a Nia class each day — where you’ll move, explore, and deepen your sensory awareness.

    Pre‑Training Online Preparation

    Before your in‑person training begins, you’ll gain access to an online training portal with materials that support your preparation, such as:
