Classes
Nia®
Nia is a fun, non-impact, high-energy movement form that conditions the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. With moves and music to inspire joy, the choreography draws from a blend of dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts. I bring my whole heart and playful spirit to each Nia class. Nia will make you sweat, make you laugh, and make you feel something. Students leave feelings connected and empowered with a greater sense of mind, body, and spirit.

Wear comfortable, breathable clothes that allow for ease of movement (for example: leggings or athletic shorts paired with a moisture-wicking top) Many participants also choose to dance barefoot or wear grippy socks for better connection with the floor during the class.
-
Absolutely, Nia® is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, including those who are out of shape. Nia® classes are designed to be adaptable, allowing participants to engage at their own pace and intensity.
