Come dance and play with our Nia community, enjoy the beautiful Columbia Gorge as we explore the art of being in sync with the seasons and cultivating a healthy and inviting embrace of fully being YOU.

The Weekend begins on Friday at 4:00 pm for check in, our first session starts at 6:00pm and ends on Sunday at 11:00 am. The retreat includes movement sessions, optional indoor and outdoor group activities (perhaps a hike, weather permitting), catered meals, a few surprises and lots of COMMUNITY!
