My purpose is to empower my students (whatever their age) to unabashedly live their truth, love their bodies and find joy in each and every day.

Connecting with my students and inspiring them to live their authentic self is my true passion. My classes can help you de-stress, move your emotions, feel grounded, and live in the present by choosing joy through movement.

I am a lifelong movement connoisseur with years of experience dancing, coaching, teaching, discovering, pursuing, and honing my craft to share my love of movement with people from all walks of life and all corners of the globe. I bring my whole heart and playful spirit to each Nia®, MELT or JourneyDance experience. My students leave feeling connected and empowered with a greater sense of their mind, body and spirit.
