About Kellie: Your Guide on This Journey

As a Nia® Faculty Trainer, 2nd Degree Black Belt, MELT Instructor, retreat facilitator, I am a lifelong movement connoisseur with years of experience dancing, coaching, teaching, discovering, pursuing, and honing my craft to share my love of movement with people from all walks of life and all corners of the globe.

I bring my whole heart and playful spirit to each Nia®, MELT or JourneyDance experience, and especially to retreats. My students leave feeling connected and empowered with a greater sense of their mind, body and spirit.

While on a retreat, my passion is for curating experiences that are soulful, uplifting, and deeply nourishing. I have led retreats around the world and bring humor, compassion, and care to every class and gathering.
