The Weekend begins on Friday at 4:00 pm for check in, our first session starts at 6:00pm and ends on Sunday at 11:00 am. The retreat includes movement sessions, optional indoor and outdoor group activities (perhaps a hike, weather permitting), a few surprises (maybe something for Halloween) and lots of COMMUNITY!
