Join Britta Von Tagen, International Nia Trainer, Black Belt Instructor and Nia for Children Specialist, and Kellie Chambers, 3NGT Trainer, and 2nd Degree Black Belt Instructor to our 5th annual Nia November weekend retreat: HalloweeNIA.
Come dance and play with our Nia community, enjoy the beautiful Pacific Northwest as we explore the art of being in sync with the seasons and cultivating a healthy and inviting embrace of fully being YOU.
SCHEDULE
The Weekend begins on Friday at 4:00 pm for check in, our first session starts at 6:00pm and ends on Sunday at 11:00 am. The retreat includes movement sessions, optional indoor and outdoor group activities (perhaps a hike, weather permitting), catered meals, a few surprises and lots of COMMUNITY!
